We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. If an error affects an order, we will contact you regarding the available options.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before processing or shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, including suspected fraudulent transactions, inventory issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our handmade and collectible products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation.

7. Handmade Products & Product Care

Our accessories are designed to bring a little joy and magic to your everyday life!

To help maintain their appearance and quality, we recommend handling all charms and accessories with care.

Please avoid excessive pulling, stretching, exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or rough handling.

Some products contain small beads, charms, and detachable components that may present choking hazards. These products are not intended for children under 3 years old and should be kept away from young children and pets.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. Collectible & Blind Box Products

Some products may feature collectible figurines, including previously opened blind box items. All blind box items and collectibles sold by Charmed by remee are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, genuine products and are not counterfeit, replicas, or imitation items.

When applicable, product listings will indicate whether a collectible has been opened, displayed, or incorporated into a handmade accessory.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, collectible bag charms are independently assembled accessories and are not official collaborations with the original collectible manufacturers.

All trademarks and character names belong to their respective owners.

All original Charmed by remee branding, website content, product photography, graphics, and original designs are the property of Charmed by remee unless otherwise stated.
